I’m losing all of my teeth and I’m only 37. I’ve priced the dental implants and I have no way of affording them. I was wondering if there are dentists who would allow you to get the dental implants for free in exchange for me doing advertising for him or her? I just don’t know what to do. I like everything about my appearance except my smile, which was destroyed because of years of bulimia (thankfully, no longer a problem) and other health issues.

I have a great deal of sympathy for the position you are in. Though, let me also say that I’m glad you’ve been able to overcome the bulimia issue. That takes a lot of courage. I’m sure it was not an easy journey.
There really isn’t a way to exchange getting dental implants for free in exchange for advertising. This is mostly because people are willing to be a part of the advertising for free. That being said, I do have some ways to help you get more affordable dental implants. None of these are ideal, but it will be better than nothing.
Options for Affordable Dental Implants
One option you can try if it is available in your area is to go to a school for dental implants. It would take a bit longer because a student is doing it and instruction is going on, but they are supervised. For the inconvenience, these are usually discounted.
Another thing you could do is look at a variation of dental implants that are more affordable, such as mini implants or snap-on dentures. These are not going to give you the same coverage you would get with traditional dental implants, but they will be secure and help you to retain your bone structure in those areas.
Finally, you could start out with removable dentures while you save up for the implant supported dentures. Bear in mind that the longer that you are in removable dentures, the more bone structure you will lose in your jaw. That means you may need to have some bone grafting done in order to get the dental implants once they are ready.
